Sewing Success!

Remember the shirt with the yummy fabric that was a flop? Well I decided I would just rip the entire thing apart and start from almost scratch and I now I have SUCCESS! YAY me! It's a little low so I need to find a chocolate brown tank to wear with it but all in all I'm happy with it.

So I went to my fabric closet to look for some kind of inspiration and it wasn't happening but I really wanted to sew something so I made three headbands I am so happy with them they are perfect. They look really cute on M so I may not get to keep them but they are a snap to whip up!

I need to head to Joann's in a bit to find some fabric for my secret sister-we are all about the flamingos so I'm hoping I can find a fabric that's perfect and make her one of the quilted strip bags that are my favorite. I REALLY need to resist the pull of the knit! I need white,navy,black, and cranberry to go with the fabrics I bought already-they are on sale 30% off I MUST RESIST!

Someday I'll figure out how to post pictures so you can see all of my progress,but I really don't want another photo sharing site since I already have one that apparently is not compatible with blogspot-oh well!
